Just recieved e/m from Yvonne to say "Isn't Saturday the end of Ramadan?" In which case everyone must be on their toes dodging the high powered motors hired for the event by doting fathers for their sons to let off steam round the street of M/cr. Evidently the police are helpless to intervene. There was a rather nasty episode last year when a driver was stopped, slapped about a bit and lost an eye during the 'argument' with the powers that were at the time. Just a thought. HelenJ.
