It's not fun but it's better than what you have now. I have had both knees done twice. The second time they worked even better than the 1st ones. Do the therapy..Don't cheat. You'll get better results. We found that setting on the cabinet with the door open underneath made a good place to get a good push on the lower leg from my husband and get more bend in the knee. Life is not over, maybe just changed a little....Mary
