Thanks all for your suggestions. By work based, I meant we are fellow employees who sing at lunchtimes. And I would absolutely love to be able to write my own arrangements, but alas I can't read music, so that's out of the question at the moment. Now, leaving myself wide open for attack from the experts in here, I thought that a lot of folk music in the past was sung by groups of people? Thanks again for the suggestions - but I was hoping that lurking among the group was someone who wanted to earn money by doing some arrangements?
