Having read through the "Folk Mafia" Thread, it seems that a lot of "breaking into the establishment" is down to advertising. "I book people I've heard of", so where is the best place to advertise? What music magazines do mudcatters read? Promotors/club organisers - Where do you look when deciding who to book for next season?

Any thoughts?
