What I do for "Follow" is (see if you can follow this!) -
I use three main chords for the verses:
1) a regular "A" chord on the 2nd fret,
2) a Bm that only frets three strings (4th string/4th fret, 3rd string/4th fret, 2nd string/3rd fret) and leaves the 5th and 1st strings open,
3) a C#m that's played just like the Bm slid up two more frets (leave the 5th and 1st strings open)
4) a regular "E" chord on 1st/2nd frets.
I don't have time right now to teach myself how to write the chords over the lyrics in HTML, but once you see how the chord goes up and down the neck, you'll see how it flows:
A/Bm/C#m/Bm (2x)
Let the river rock you like a cradle
Fly to the treetops, child if you're able
A/Bm/A
Let your hands tie a knot across the table.
A/Bm/E
Come and touch the things you cannot feel.
...same for second part of the verse...
A/Bm/C#m/Bm/A
And don't mind me for I ain't nothin but a dream
A
That you can follow (2x)
A/Bm/C#m/Bm/A
Follow....
Please let me know if this makes sense to you.
