Hi Nick I can honestly say that neither of those mentioned were Eskimos! Ewan McVicar is extremely knowledgeable in this subject. He not only knows who ran around Morris's house (I should say his igloo) but who were actually involved in the Eskimo writing/singing scene. It would appear from the list you printed that anyone with a claim to knowing Morris assumed they were Eskimos. By the way I have a copy of the small booklet with lyrics called DING DONG DOLLAR, Eskimoe edition, 1961. The front iluustration of an Eskimo outside his igloo was by Josh MacRae. It cost 6d!
