One small correction...As far as I know, there never was a Martin Carthy / Paul Simon court case. I don't think MC ever made a complaint. and the whole thing was settled by "Gentlemans agreement"...A much nicer way to proceed IMHO. Oh that this could be resolved in a similar fashion...Not much chance of that I suppose. I fail to see by the way, how the selling of substandard CD-Rs as pukka CDs can be construed as "Misinformation"...I've seen them, and it's a FACT !!! Yours Ayatollah Ralphie
