School systems already operate in loco parentis...in place of the parent. These new 'rules' are not needed. Of course parents expect schools to take reasonable steps. So why are schools suddenly issuing memos saying kids will be relocated, and you cannot pick them up, and you may or may not be told of their whereabouts?

And why is the state of Oregon trying to make protesting (or even being on the same block as a protestor) a crime to be punished by life imprisonment in a forced-labor camp?

The answer...tyranny. Your kids are about to be forcibly taken from you, if it suits the desires of the govt. You liberals wanted socialism...well here it is. Brought to you by a Republican. Soviet Amerika. Your kids will be taken and you will be shot if you try to save them. And if the legislature in Oregon has it's way, everyone in the state will be arrested and put to work in the lumber industry.

Screw your 'trauma' over Sept 11. Get the hell over it or you will die. Worse, because of you, I will die. You folks made a big noise about protesting the 'war', BUT PROTESTING WILL MEAN LIFE IMPRISONMENT IN OREGON IF YOU DON'T DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. And this is just a test case. If all goes well, the other states will be forced to pass the same law.

Times are bad right now BECAUSE PEOPLE AREN'T SCREAMING ABOUT THE TERRORIST GOVT THAT CARRIED OUT SEPT 11 AND HAS ERODED OUR RIGHTS EVER SINCE. Even when a state govt is caught BEFORE THE FACT trying to make a misdemeanor a life term, you boo-hoo about Sept 11. 9-11 should have been a WAKE UP CALL, not a knock-out punch. Wake the hell up! Terrorists have seized the US govt! They have invaded two countries illegally and are using your brainwashed kids as cannon fodder while they do it.
