If you seach for "Western isles Council" then "Gaelic Resources Database", "Search the GRD" and enter "Mios Deireannach an Fhoghair" in the Title window, there is a reference to a song or poem called Bla\r na h-Olaind, and the first line is given as "Air Mios Deireannach an Fhoghair, an Dara Latha 's Math mo Chuimhne", which I think means "Well I remember the second day of the last month of autumn".
It looks as if it can be found in Stornoway Library if all else fails!
