Hello, well this is the way I make it over here in Scotland! 300g of mince 1 Onion Bit of yellow, green and red pepper Some garlic (depends on how strong you want it!) Tin of chopped plum tomatoes Tin of Kidney Beans Tin of Baked Beans teaspoon (or more if u want) Cumin a bit of cinnamon a good ol' dollop of chilli paste! As you can see, its a bit of this and a bit of that!! I tend to just make it up as i go along! Brown the mince, Whizz everything up in the food processor (expect the kidney beans and baked beans) and shove it all in a pan! Done! and mega fine!
