Yup.

It's a sports-nutrition way of saying that one's blood sugar has crashed due to insufficient calories and excess activity. Bonking is even more likely if one also fails to properly sustain hydration.

I think some folks also use this as a derogatory slang term for..... something else, as in "He's bonking the boss's wife." :~)
