Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Donuel Date: 27 May 20 - 06:56 PM IF Trapped in an elevator with Musk or Trump, I'm a Musk man. Even Trumps digestive system is rotton. Besides I like ideas over hate. |

Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Charmion Date: 27 May 20 - 04:30 PM You'll never get me up on one of those. I'm with Joe Offer; Elon Musk is way too Trumpy to be trusted. |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Donuel Date: 27 May 20 - 04:27 PM The President and his sidekick Pense just arrived a little late at which point Elon Musk immediately scrubbed the flight due to weather sighting of lightning in the last half hour. Trump grumbled about a **** waste of time and may drag this out with an Investigation that is rumored to be called Elon Gate. |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Mrrzy Date: 27 May 20 - 04:18 PM No launch today. |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Donuel Date: 27 May 20 - 03:25 PM I switched from the Science Channel to the Discovery channel and apparantly Miralax is also their sponsor. It has me wondering if an astronaut needs Miralax laxative after the main engines kick in and they go to 7 g's in 20 seconds.. Cool, the seats are Ricarro race car seats. Uh oh, the controls are all touch screen. They have just changed the Master of Ceremonies to the guy who does Overhauling and Mercum auto auctions. I think I'll come back in an hour |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Jeri Date: 27 May 20 - 03:06 PM Liftoff is at 4:33 AT. I'll go back then. I've never been a big fan of pre-game shows. |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Donuel Date: 27 May 20 - 03:00 PM Now they are doing a fashion show about the new space x suits made by Playtex. I recognize the guy doing this segment as the star of the show Blowed Up Good. aah Here he is now, William Shatner is giving his blessing,,,the fat lady has sung and finally... I am looking at a blonde woman (Katy Perry?) and her mini dog sitting on a suspended paper moon cresant covered with glitter? An...d another Miralax commericial followed by a Humira ad. I better change the channel. |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Mrrzy Date: 27 May 20 - 02:50 PM Anybody else watching the live coverage? |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Donuel Date: 27 May 20 - 02:24 PM Mucinex is going into orbit as a precaution in this immunocomplex mission by SpaceX complete with socal distancing. Tornado warnings were mentioned and the announcer is more suited for a sporting event or dog show. Tensions are rising, the countdown has begun and THEY HAVE cut to a Verizon commercial followed by Good RX and a Miralax commerial. |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Backwoodsman Date: 27 May 20 - 01:43 PM If we get clear skies, the ISS will be visible in the UK at around 21:20, followed by Space-X at 21:50 tonight. Look west, just to the right of the moon, they will be travelling to overhead. Info. from Tim Peake’s FaceBook Page. |

Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: punkfolkrocker Date: 26 May 20 - 11:09 AM Hasn't trump already suggested top USA science corporations should quickly build matter teleportation machines, like transporters in Star Trek...??? |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Mrrzy Date: 26 May 20 - 10:59 AM Weather may delay the launch anyway. |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Mr Red Date: 26 May 20 - 03:37 AM I don't think SpaceX has the track record yet to be transporting humans Well Elon says he has more successful launches that the US based competition, & points to the level of insurance he pays on each launch, and reckons it is much less. There are compounding factors like the value of the payload, and his charges for each launch which he brags are half the price. But, who, other than Roscosmos have any current track record on transporting humans to the ISS? |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Joe Offer Date: 26 May 20 - 12:55 AM I think that Elon Musk and Donald Trump have too much in common. |
Subject: RE: BS: Upcoming crewed Space-X launch 27/5/20 From: Stilly River Sage Date: 26 May 20 - 12:05 AM I think I don't want to jinx them. :-/ |
