I see no reference to a companion bill in the House of Representatives (which would carry a HR number). I suspect it went nowhere. You could search the archives of the 109th Congress for S517, I suppose.

Mudcatters know much and can locate lots, also. Does anyone know if the Weather Modification Act of 2005 was passed by the Congress? And if so, where could I find it in its final form?
