I saw it last night until 1 AM. Good casting and balance between humor and drama. Although the humor was a bit better than the drama it is not a comedy since they went for a more stark feel of realism of a farmland community.

Too bad my kids were asleep before the first launch.

I'm confused... a sheep farmer farms sheep. A dairy farmer farms dairy herds.. does an Astronaut farmer grow astronauts?

This one has so far managed to bypass the UK - unless you've attended a film with a greater than 12a rating recently!

Hi Kat! You're rightr Becca72, it was farfetched, but I have always wanted to travel into space (remember calling it "outer space"). I love science fiction. I guess this was an extention of those dreams, ya know what I mean. Well, anyway, I loved it. And yes, it was a "feel good" movie.

I saw this movie when it was in the theatre. It was good, but is definitely a "feel good" movie (meaning I didn't think it had much substance). I was thrilled to see Bruce Willis (hottie!) in his little unadvertised role.

I watch lots and lots of movies and normally I wouldn't bore you with my feelings on a movie, but this one was special!

I love Billy Bob (he's a nut) and this movie had me jumping up and down and harrahing all over the place. I love movies that make me feel good.

It just came out on DVD (where I see most of my movies) and I hope you get to see it.

Moondog (hubby) says "A 10 in the Moondog ratings"

For those of you who haven't seen it yet, do. Highly recommended.
