Subject: RE: walking/real ale/folk session required From: Nick Date: 26 Jul 07 - 06:25 PM Roger, if you are within striking distance of Flaxton (nr Sheriff Hutton) on the Wednesday you'd be very welcome to come and have a sing and a play. |

Subject: walking/real ale/folk session required From: Sir Roger de Beverley Date: 26 Jul 07 - 04:20 AM I'm looking for some help from the UK folk community: My brother and I want to go for a couple of days walking in North Yorkshire where we can stay for one night in a pub/inn that serves good ales and is within striking distance of a folk type session/singaround that we could join. The dates would probably be between 10th to 17th August so that rules out Whitby folk week. Any ideas? Roger |
