...er, no. He got hit by a train. I've got a whippet/staffie cross now (a whipstaff). I don't look anything like her. Must buy a new hat one day.

I once bought a hat there and won the 'Owner who looks most like their dog' competition with my black Staffie. Sadly the dog ate the hat and has since gone to doggie heaven.

It's that fabulous time of year again!

SELBY GAME FAIR this weekend at Carlton Towers near Goole. It does have its own website if you want details. Excellent displays of rabbiting, shooting, bids of prey, and an entire field devoted to lurchers and longdogs.

Be there or be square!
