Got a couple 60's peace sign badges still in okay shape... I wore them in the D.C. demonstartion during the mad-dash-to-Iarq days... The youngin's were asking iof they were from the 60's and I said "Yeah" and lots of 'um took piccures... Man, am I old, or what??? B;~) |

Yes, it was 50 years today when the peace sign was first revaealed at a ban-the-bomb ralley in the UK... The symbol, designed by Gerald Holtom, hes survived intact for the last 50 years and it ios my hope that it is going strong after all of us are long gone... Peace, Bobert |
