I tentatively signed up to Mudcat and posted a musical query a few days ago. Another Mudcatter posted a humorous reply - and I thought I recognised the style and name of a friend I hadn't seen for 40 years. Sent him a PM and - to cut a long story short - it was indeed the person I thought it was. He then put me in touch with another friend I hadn't seen for 40 years - who had been best man at my wedding!

So - a few days after signing up to this forum - I've re-discovered two buddies I haven't seen in a lo-o-o-o-ng while. Synchronicity and computer power at their best.
