This is "Railroad Bill" with an accordian and what sounds like drums! But the recording is not very good to say the least. Does anyone have lyrics or guesses?

Here's another "Railroad Bill" request. I'm looking for a full set of lyrics this time. Can anyone decipher Blind Jessie Harris' version of "Railroad Bill". You can find this on "Field Recordings Vol. 4: Mississippi & Alabama (1934-1942)" from Document Records. I don't own the album and don't know whether the lyrics are included in the liner notes or not. I think this is a fairly early version of "Railroad Bill" recorded back in the late 1930's. I would appreciate any help you could give me on this one. Thanks.
