I hand delivered our ballots on Friday. I still plan to take my camera and go to the polling places on election day.

I have voted absentee for years. I never know if we will have a blizzard here on election day or flu season hits me. Now my job has me out of town on election day. I already voted this week, hand delivered my ballot.

Bill Moyers had Mark Crispin Miller on last night who talked about voter intimidation, fraud (which rarely happens) and other concerns about our right to vote. He mentioned that everyone should get involved, specifically by joining Video The Vote in order to document any trouble which may occur on Election Day. He also urge everyone to get out to the polling places, even if they have voted early or mailed in their ballots. He feels it is important for us to see each other and support each other in exercising our right to vote.

I encourage anyone who is interested to watch the Moyers interview online and/or at least read the stuff on Miller in the first link I gave. Much food for thought and action, imo.
