(well, I have figured out..sort of...why it does not load for me. On a hunch, I disabled my web filtering program, Proxomitron, and the image slowly appeared.)
Obviously, there is some sort of Javascript or other code in the page that will not allow you to see the raw image unless you allow them complete access.
The whole point of my using that program is to control what sites can do.....and I 'have' read somewhere that this site and its parent company (and related sites they run) are making a fortune with some dubious practices while entertaining us.

I will see if I can find the references....(no, it's probably not dangerous...just a bit sneaky)

In the meantime, I'll only look at it with my guard up...

I prefer to link to the pic without the superimposed caption. That's why I use the ones I do.
But Susan's right, sometimes it does take a few seconds for the pic to load.
