Andrade was convicted of first degree murder. He was also convicted of a bias-motivated crime (not the primary charge).

I understand the first Colorado conviction has just come in for a hate crime-- a transgendered person murdered. We're dashing out of town so I hope someone will Google it up and post more info, but GOODONYA!
