As the nights draw in we're getting back into going to the pictures. Last night we went to see District 9. On first viewing I'd say it trumps much other sci-fi hitherto and would highly recommend it to anyone with a love of good storytelling, brilliant character development, visual beauty and good earthy humour!

All such recommendations welcome here!
