Subject: BS: The Brush Years In Retrospect From: Rapparee Date: 23 Sep 09 - 03:25 PM Poison ivy -- Vic got it from playing with the toilet paper and Tom got it when he mictruated on one of the plants. Sunburn, ticks, mosquitoes (and repellents that didn't repel), sassafras tea made over a cooking fire, meat burned on the outside and raw on the inside, rappelling down a 150 foot cliff face using clothesline and no harness, sleeping on rocks and in mud, cold rain trickling down the back of your neck, sleet and driven snow in your face, hunting when it was -21F, using the outhouse in winter OR summer.... These are few of my least favorite things... |
