Nope, I'm just number crunching. I know the program and all it's tricks and I have no need to do the work any faster - perish the thought, just a need to do the work. Anyway Sage gave me, as a goodwill gesture, 4 days use which was fine as I only needed one day, which was pretty good of them!

If he wants to use it at home in a separate application, then he needs to work it out. There is an important gray area, when it comes to licensed software. What must the employee buy, if any, contrasted to what must the employer buy. If you're using it at home you're probably learning to use it more efficiently. That is actually good for the workplace.

When you return ask the person who is " my employer that has paid for a licence" to contact the company...

Clever little program. And clearly a need. I have a program I could run it in, except it expired and won't open now. I think there is a follow-up that would be a good place to test it (one of those programs I would buy, if ever they got the site set up, or else one that won't operate in the U.S.)

I am currently working at home using Sage Accounts Production Advanced for which my employer has paid for a licence to use the software on 10 computers. However, if I install this on my laptop I can only use it in demo mode for 6 hours. However, when I corrected the time on my laptop (I think the internal battery needs replacing) the 5 hours I had left suddenly expired.

Any ideas where in the registry it hides the time limit information for demo software?
