Q... apparently, when I was two years old, I found the spiral walkway there was a great place to sing at the top of my lungs, much to the delight (and, I am sure, dismay) of other visitors.

Also the spiral in Rundetarn. Can be traversed by a horse and rider.

I have stayed there only once, didn't find any rip-offs but then I didn't go out of my way to look for them.

By the way, there's a nifty church in Copenhagen with a spiral staircase around the outside of the spire. Quite thrilling to climb.
