I tried to find a link, no luck. Only the recommendation that cloud-seeding trials stop, but that is old news.
Also an attempt to measure the changes caused by large volume exhausts such as those on ocean liners.

I've been hearing about chemtrails for a long time. I'm surprised they wouldn't turn up on a Google Search. You might find something on prisonplanet.com or some similar site.

I found a story on the UN banning the use of chemicals to control weather patterns - eg salting clouds to produce rain. But nowhere in the report is there any mention of chemtrails or contrails.

I can find no report of any UN action in this regard- only note of some supposed moratorium action in Japan, which is not verified.

There has been speculation and minor research into climate modification by artificial cloud formation, but no "government" supported tests.

The photos of supposed 'chemtrails' show nothing other than water vapor changes as the result of high altitude aircraft operation- contrails.

Military aircraft training leads to trails in areas where commercial traffic is low.

After 15 years the program first devised by Edward Teller to modify geo temperatures has ended with a UN clarification on the geo weather modification treaty. The UN decided to enforce the treaty as written which put an end to the spraying in the skies of the United States last Thursday , 2 days after election day.

The program is now only partially declassified but not openly admitted to in the same way that area 51 was not verified as a federal project for decades.

Some people claimed to have never seen them. Most people never cared.
It is however a good thing that it has stopped for people who have sensitive lrespiratory systems.
The typical spraying would suddenly start in mid air at altitudes over 30K ft. and then take on a bumpy comb like shape and eventually spread out into a opaque white cloud cover that would be many miles wide depending on wind velocity.

Eary in their use the sparaying would go from horizon to horizon but lately it went in short bursts on and off which allowed you to see them being turned on and off, often with a clumpy ball at the beggining and end.

The relective powdered spray was composed of sulfer and other metallic particulants. Unlike a con trail of water vapor the chem trail would not fade even after an hour.

Fair thee well and good riddence. However I do not know if they will be redeployed on an emergency basis in the future. They did reduce surface temperature by 1 or 2 degrees.
