Fortunately (or not, depending on your perspective), I've caught a terrible cold and will not be able to work making hot dogs for the games at the University of Arizona on Thursday (to benefit our high school band).

On the van shuttle from the airport on Monday, I noticed that the first customer to be dropped off -- at a hotel near campus -- was carrying a Wisconsin jacket.

That's about the extent of my interest and understanding of the Madness (that and the plan to work at home on Thursday).

I ain't gonna bet on anybody just yet. I'm loyal to and rooting for UNC and WVU, but not prepared to lay odds about how far either will get. 'twill be frightfully conflicted if they should end up playing each other in the Eastern final. Figure there is no more than a 50% chance either, much less both, will make it that far.
