Another Mudcatter alerted me to a terrific speaker on C-Span this past week. It was a rerun from a few weeks ago. It features one of the best speakers I've heard in ages and is well worth listening to, imo:

Van Jones, an impressive person known around the world for his work on human rights. You may read more about him here: Van Jones.

Wait until you hear what he says about "cheap patriots" vs "progressives!"

He's erudite, funny, and very knowledgeable.
