Subject: RE: BS: Harmful music From: BobL Date: 29 Nov 18 - 04:00 AM Excellent idea! I'd sooner have Mozart any day than the acoustic pollution which all too often permeates the air in retail establishments. Especially at this time of year. |

Subject: RE: BS: Harmful music From: robomatic Date: 28 Nov 18 - 06:11 PM All of which reminds me of a real actual musical number I've heard on the air in the late 70s and never heard no more and I can't find even on the internet: "Give nuclear power one more chance." |

Subject: RE: BS: Harmful music From: Joe_F Date: 25 Nov 18 - 10:49 PM When I read about that in connection with the Waco siege, I rejoiced that three government agencies agreed with me about what rock and roll is good for. I did worry, tho, about the legal aspects. Did that use count as public performance, and if so, were royalties paid? |

Subject: RE: BS: Harmful music From: robomatic Date: 20 Nov 18 - 06:05 PM 'They' send concentrated directed radiation composed of up-frequency versions of whale song and Wagner, which enter the composite framework of the consulates and are then re-radiated into the soft tissues of the functionaries and flunkies within. It can do more damage than U2. Look for a channel of the stuff on Spotify. |

Subject: BS: Harmful music From: Donuel Date: 20 Nov 18 - 08:29 AM Your opinion will certainly differ from mine but I am referring to intervals that cause not just distress but brain damage, not in sound waves but in electromagnetic waves. Imagine a microwave rifle, which has been around for over 3 decades, but now advances in the dark arts of weaponry we have discovered the most distressing devestating dissonances in the micro wave and radio spectrum that cause micro scissor/plier like damage to soft tissue. An acoustic equivalence will make you throw up but the electromagnetic version will not only turn your stomach but depending upon amplitude will cause permanent damage. Sorry Charlie tin foil won't help. Now that the weaponry has been stolen I refer to the victims in US State dept workers stationed in Cuba and China. Then there are the kinds of music that only annoys... |
