Mary Latham's internet/online presence
has a great deal to do with social media.
This places her website, and its URL, in a certain context for me.
Mind you, I am one of the ignoramuses about matters virtual.

But even I can't help but notice that
Mary Latham has got
a website for her photography profession,
a page at weebly,
an account at instagram,
a Twitter account,
a GoFundMe fundraiser page,
a Facebook page ...

probably more stuff that I could have scared up
if I took more time to look for it.

Just to get a statement that sounds factual in here.

March 1, 2013.
That is the date Mary Latham gives,
as the date of her mother's death from cancer.

I found this date, not at "dot today,"
but at Mary Latham's tumblr site. Here's the address of the page:
More Good -- The Mission.

The "dot today" site links directly to the tumblr site
which DOES appear to have reports, updates, and story summaries.

It looks like this lady is sincere, this is not a scam or what have you.

While I may need time to hunt around a little more,
I must remark that:

the "dot today" site does NOT, that I can see,
relate any of
the kindness stories which Mary Latham is collecting.
That seems to be NOT its function or intention.

But if I am mistaken,
a post will come from me and admit as much.

My phone can find the site (i.e. name servers list it) but it's so badly coded that all I see is a blank screen and a "reader" icon that doesn't work.

I never before heard of Mary Latham, maybe you haven't either.

Seems to be single, close to her widower father.
The loss of Mary Latham's mother, to cancer,
spurred her to do something in her mother's memory.

The book she intends to publish is aimed at
hospital waiting rooms, like the rooms she waited in
during her mother's final crisis, the last week of her mother's life.

The official name of Mary Latham's endeavor is The GrAttitude Project.
The content will be stories of kindness from all fifty states.

And I have one weird little techno question, referring to
her website, which is spelled "www dot moregood dot today."

What the ruddy heck is "dot today" ??
I thought I'd seen everything:
dot com, dot net, dot org, dot two-letter abbreviation for country, and so on.

But I never before saw "dot today" . Is this for real?
Should I leave a message on Ms. Latham's site and ask her?
