In fairness, a number of UK performers on Mudcat (including me) will have known and worked with Paul Adams of Fellside and would consider this to be music-related. I did a bit of checking myself and it does seem to be the same Paul Adams, which I find genuinely shocking. And yes, I feel very sorry for Linda, and for all of those young people who may have been directly affected.
Hard to know what else to say, except that over my time on the folk music scene I have come across at least two other child abusers (that is, to my certain knowledge). It's deeply unsettling to find another.

I have subsequently read an article in a Workington paper and the person convicted, did have a recording studio., and was married
So it probably looks like the same person.

Paul Adams of Fellside had the same middle name as the person convicted of sexual offences against boys., and appears to have a very similiar adress
I never met either Paul or Linda Adams,neither have i ever recorded for them , however if it is true I feel sorry for Linda Adams.

I am curious. As a purchaser of many Fellside records and CDs through the years, I am hoping that this Paul Adams of Workington is a different Paul Adams of Workington, but I fear not.
