Well, Barbara, I spread the sad news in my thread BS:Michigan water tastes like... but I'm no songwriter so all I can offer is two lines:
Michigan water tastes like sherry wine, sherry wine,
Kentucky water tastes like good moonshine
(See, I told you I was no songwriter!).
OR
Woke up this morning with a throbbin', achin'head, (repeat)
Shouldn't drink Kentucky water before I go to bed
Wild turkey, wild turkey, why'd you fly the coop?
Since you ran into the river
Even rinsin' gives me brewer's droop.

(Skiff's on a roll, now.Pity it's a downhill slope. I'll slope off now and leave it to those with talent!
RtS

Hi yawl. Did you see the news reports today about the fire in the Wild Turkey Bourbon Plant/Warehouse in -- I believe it's Gainesville, Kentucky? (the reporter was from Loouhvulle) Not only is the fire still out of control (as of this morning anyway) but the town had to shut down the water treatment plant for fear it would catch fire too, and they are trucking in water because the town's water supply is "polluted" with guess what? And it's still pouring into the local river. "If the river was bourbon and I was a duck..."
If someone wants to do a little fishing, i.e. a netsearch I'm sure you can find a news report. I heard it on NPR Morning Edition today, Wednesday May 10.
But it sure sounds to me like a made for song event. Is Aine not doing the challenges anymore?
Anyway, there ya go, have fun.
Blessings,
Barbara
