You might be able to get the complete lyrics by transcribing them from the video at YouTube (which Skipy mentioned above) of Rocky and the Champagne Hillbillies (from the old Lawrence Welk TV show) singing SAGEBRUSH SADIE.

I'd do it, but my home computer really can't handle videos. My computer at work handles them just fine, but there, I have the problem of actually needing to get some work done.

The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) says SAGEBRUSH SADIE appeared in the soundtrack of the 1951 Abbott & Costello film "Comin' Round the Mountain."

Sagebrush Sadie was the title of a 1928 Disney cartoon featuring Oswald the Lucky Rabbit (he rescues her). Pete was the villain. There were 26 Oswald cartoons before Disney lost the rights and created Mickey Mouse.
I would be very surprised if a song didn't originate from this cartoon- and I vaguely remember one, but at my age and remove from that time, my mind may be playing tricks on me. The cartoon was silent, so the song couldn't have come from the film.
