In other appeeranz I would heerby say I am vary grateful for the menny not-a-birfday wishes from all conserned and am reel grateful thet I am not banished from this form az it iz a gude place to larn more things than I kin handle sumtimes. And since the opposite of giving a non-birthday greeting is to give a birthday greeting, I'll just say... Happy Birthday Tweed! Here's a true story: A couple of months ago, a possum got killed in the middle of the road just outside the entrance of our apartment complex here in southwest Georgia. A couple of days after that, the road maintenance people came with their big machine that paints the yellow lines down the middle of the road. When they got to the possum, instead of moving it, they just painted right over it. So then there was a dead possum in the middle of the road with a yellow line painted across it. We wanted to get pictures of it when it looked like that, but we forgot. The paint wore off the possum pretty fast, and now there's just a gap in the yellow line that looks like a grease spot. |

He turned an old 51, but that has nothing to do with this thread. If this were his birthday thread, I would wish him a grand birthday and hope he has at least 51 more. I would also wish that he would learn more in the next 51 years than he has learned in the 51 he has wasted on insignificant things. I would also remind him that this means he has completed 51 years and today he starts his 52nd. So he is older than he thinks. I would also point out to him that I have been heralding his BADLY RECORDED BLUES for almost as long as he has been on this earth, and I have never been properly paid for it.
