Ya' know, just after that, you posted to a thread when my wife Karen was hospitalized. Karen and I were aware of your loss and had posted back then as well. What I remember most was how much Karen thought of you and the times you were having....and for you to post on the thread about her, she felt very special.

What goes around here comes back.......It's still a great place. I never see one of your posts without remembering.

James, I agree. When a friend of mine had a brain aneurysm - and survived, thanks be- Mudcatters bolstered my spirits and gave me hope and peace. I think it's cumulative - one person can lift your heart but multiplied many times it has a remarkable effect, indeed.

I hope you are doing well. I have a few people on the other side of the curtain and am learning to accept that they're not far away at all.

In reading Mantid's sad news about the loss of a grandchild,and the once again wonderful outpouring of caring from the people here, I thought of how kind you were to me when I lost my daughter. You don't know how much your responses meant to me at that time. And I was a relative stranger, but your caring soothed my heart as it always does at times like these. Thanks again. Though I've never meant any of you I feel you all are friends. James
