I mention this only because Rush made a big deal of Clinton's dog being hit by a car. Probably by Rush himself high as kite blowing in a wind of hate.

Of all the pics I saw of W and the dog there was never an inkling of affection.

If I could figure out the instructions on creating rollover frames you could be in control of when to go on to the next frame, but I am not very good at learning computerese.

If you open a multi frame gif in anything but image ready you only get one frame. Other than that I don;t know why you can't see it straight up on your browser.

To do these is faster than watching the paint dry but is about as interesting.
