I'm sure that if anyone is bored, Linda could find them something to do in the garden, getting it ready for aforesaid BBQ - just PM Essex Girl. I only managed to get out of it yesterday afternoon because I was fixing her car !

No, it was another one. Bad day for Mr and Mrs Blackbird.

Bad day for the cats too, they got shut in! Mind you, as they spend all afternoon sleeping anyway, I don't suppose they noticed.

Well Liz - there's always chocolate - or did you eat it all when you were in the bath ?

Anyway if either you or Sarah are feeling bored on the afternoon of Sunday 6th of June - there's always our barbecue.

Aw, was that the baby bird that had fallen out of its nest that you were trying to keep the cats away from? I hope not.

Ah, that time of day when one has had as many baths as one can sensibly have in an afternoon, the hands of the clock tick relentlessly on towards four o'clock and one enters the long, dark, teatime of the soul.......

I'm spending mine clearing half eaten bird off the bedroom carpet.

You want boring? Drill a well. That's boring!

Try to find a third way to cross your legs.

Watch paint dry.

Listen to speeches by Bush.

Wait for Little Hawk's goat.

Ahhhh.

Well I found some friends in mudchat to talk to so thanks to Leadfingers and Freda and Billy. I return to this thread and what do I find.... that I might be replaced at any minute by a Japanese flute playing robot.

Oh the cruelty

Had to depart mudchat to sort out an indoor rugby match and helpfully explain the fixture had been relocated outside (to strains of Aw its too hot Miss).

Now I return to my lonely vigil

Oh well only an hour to go and then the weekend begins.

Thanks for your support cats!

Ouside the sun is shining and its nice and hot. What am I doing????? Stuck indoors for the next THREE hours on duty with 1 pupil to look after and he's revising. There's not even anyone in the mudchat room! I've emailed all my friends, run out of people to ring up (they are all outside anyway). Havn't even got my flute here. Tried googlewhacking for a bit and got fed up with that too! What is a girl
to do?????
