Subject: RE: BS: House Warning! From: Madame P At Work Date: 20 May 04 - 06:13 AM I didn't realise your BBQ was that weekend Dave, oops! If I haven't got too much damage control to attend to Sunday, I may well turn up to yours! Especially as I have the Monday off! We'll have been in the house exactly two months on the 5th and I was getting fed up of 'not that weekend, not that weekend' etc. so I stuck a pin in the calender and that was it. I can't remember that last time I went to two parties in a weekend. Moreover I can't remember when I was capable of going to two parties in a weekend and still be able to get up for work on Monday!?!? TTFN Lady P. |

Subject: RE: BS: House Warning! From: Dave Bryant Date: 20 May 04 - 05:45 AM We'd have loved to pop in, but it's our BBQ next day (to celebrate my forthcoming 60th) and we'll be rather busy getting things ready - please come to it if you can. Don't get Khatt, Micca, Liz, Manitas etc too pisshed as we're hoping to see them in a reasonable state to help us get through the 15 gallons of beer. |

Subject: RE: BS: House Warning! From: Stilly River Sage Date: 19 May 04 - 01:25 PM That sounds nice. I've been in my house for 2 1/2 years and I'm still dealing with boxes and remodeling. It seems a little late for a house warming at this point, but I'm hoping we can maybe work out a progressive dinner with a few neighbors up and down the block. Several of us have been putting in new kitchens and gardens lately. Time to show them off! SRS |

Subject: BS: House Warning! From: lady penelope Date: 18 May 04 - 06:08 PM Many of you have suffered my whinging over the general house moving thing, now enjoy the house warming! Parker and I have decided to scare the neighbours and get all our friends and relatives round. Although Parker has said that an all out session is a non starter, an occasional drift into folkiedom is ok. Any body in the vacinity of Walthamstow, London, on Saturday 5th June 2004 is more than welcome to drop in and hae a wee dram. It all kicks off at about 3pm and stops when the neighbours give in. P.M. if you need more details. TTFN Lady P. |
