Yes, His Royal Majesty khandu, Khing of All Mississippi, Keeper of the Royal Dancing Tarts, Bestower of Worthless and Meaningless Titles and Honorifics, Creator of Birthday Threads, Creator of Non-Birthday Threads and Genius Behind The Mother of All BS Threads has seen fit to, once again, grace us with his royal presence after an extended absence.

So how long will he stay this time? And, when he leaves, how long before he comes back again? I propose the creation of a betting pool (only it's not really a betting pool 'cause nobody loses anything but a coupla yo-yos get to win some stuff). Each participating Mudcatter gets one guess at when khandu will make the last post of his current visitation and when he will return from his next sabatical. Whoever comes closest to guessing the date of His Majesty's next disappearance will win (drum roll, please) a large Zip-Loc bag full of used Mardis Gras beads! Whoever comes closest to guessing the date of the next Royal Reappearance will win an even larger Zip-Loc bag full of used Mardis Gras beads! If the same person is the winner of both categories, he or she will win the fabulous bonus prize of a free, all-expenses-paid weekend at the beautiful Sandy Landing Yacht and Racquet Club in scenic Munson, Florida (transportation and meals not included - bring your own tent, mosquito repellent and snakebite kit).
