See the Leonard Cohen rendition (French with translation) here: The Lost Canadian
Mis-spelled words in the DT and possibly the Cohen versions- I have not checked.

A translation by Fowke here (with midi): Un Canadien Errant

Also, in French with notes: Un Canadien errant

Thought she did one called "One Canada". Could be way far wrong on this, my memory being what it is and never was.

There is no Dobson song called 'une Canada' and also not 'Un Canada' (which would be the correct article) on the web. But (a very long shot) she did sing at that time often

Un Canadien errant.

Bonnie Dobson sung the above--Une Canada on her 1972 British release and on an early 60s recording too. Was wondering if anybody new the words. I'd like to sae them written in case I have any cause to sing the French in public.
Assi/ance much appreciated.
