There was a Rolling Stone bio on Stone recently which was not as revealing as that dress in the picture linked above. (Actually I found both rather interesting.) Looked like Shatner was looking down her cleavage...I wonder if that's as much action as he gets nowadays.

Depends on what your definition of "remarkable" is...
I'm really not trying to start a flame fight, though; I've just seen her make so many dubious movie choices, I don't have a great impression; I've thought of her mostly as famous for going in for her police interrogation without her knickers. I haven't really seen enough of her "live" to get any fair sense of her as a person.

According to Clear Channel, Shatner won an Emmy. Amazing.

Here's the story. There's not much to it, just a single sentence, followed by a remark the seems to indicate that Shatner is on the "B" list and wasn't at the big event last night:

Shatner and Stone Receive Emmy Awards

Sharon Stone and William Shatner both picked up creative arts Emmy Awards last Sunday for their guest appearances in ABC drama series The Practice.

The awards are for technical and creative achievements such as an imaginative usage of guest characters. Leading actors and actresses will be honored in next week's main Emmy ceremony.

I just had the pleasure of hearing an all to short excerpt of William Shatner intoning Love of the Common people. A unique experience, and to descibe it adequately is hard, all I can say is, "Wonderful isn't the word to use"
