Subject: RE: BS: Aswat a double agent? From: Paul Burke Date: 05 Aug 05 - 04:07 AM Probably not true, but don't forget the CIA support for the Taliban, when the main objective was to spite the Russians. In truth, the last casualty is the war. |

Subject: RE: BS: Aswat a double agent? From: michaelr Date: 05 Aug 05 - 02:16 AM Dianavan, I'm surprised. This is a Fox News talk show with a CIA guy quoting Israeli intelligence? I'm not saying he's wrong. But I would take anything that Fox News says with a large pellet of salt. Cheers, Michael |

Subject: BS: Aswat a double agent? From: dianavan Date: 04 Aug 05 - 02:04 PM I've been out of touch for a few days but understand that Aswat has been accussed of masterminding the London bombings. I have also read that he is a double agent working for Ml-16 while being an Al Qaida operative. If this is true, the British government has a lot to explain. Can anybody add more clarity to this situation? It seems impossible that the government would jeopardize their own people but then again, in the world of espionage, stranger things have happened. This, however, rates as one of the most bizarre. |
