Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Oh here's to Adolf Hitler From: Snuffy Date: 20 Jul 06 - 09:03 AM Could it be a parody of "Here's to good old beer"? Something like: Oh here's to Adolf Hitler, knock him down, knock him down, etc .... |

Subject: Lyr Req: Oh here's to Adolf Hitler From: Keith A of Hertford Date: 19 Jul 06 - 05:37 AM An article came up in a BS thread that had this for a title. The article was about the IRA's support for Nazi Germany in WW2. No mention is made of the origin of the title but it sounds like a contemporary song. If so it would be a rarity. An English language pro Hitler song. Here is a link to the article, but as I said, it gives no clue to the song. http://www.historyireland.com/magazine/features/13.3FeatA.html Keith. |
