The deadline for this was 31 October: I have been told that it's been further extended, but can't find the details.

I have skimmed through this with some disquiet:

PRS are looking to increase the percentage of ticket sales to be paid to them eventually to 10%.

Ticket sales they say should include working tickets for stewards etc as part of the ticket revenue.

I hope I'm wrong in my reading of this. They really are killing the goose that lays the golden egg
