Carl's latest divisive comments refered to Republicans fighting terror after 9-11 while Democrates were either cowards or wanted to give therapy and counseling to terrorists.


I am reminded of this well established tactic by a satire picture I did back in 2001.

Of course the the debate among catters was between a world united police action followed by world court sentencing or a Bushco endless war. In Congress it was 90 to 0 for endless war.

Rove seems to be revisting the propoganda that was rampant 4 years ago. The administration seems to feel the pressure turning against them so demonizing democrats in general is an old tool of the trade.
Much of that pressure is actually now from the conservatives in Washington. Sending out the message that Democrats are not real Americans is divisively once again back on the front page.
