Subject: RE: BS: Arnold stays focused From: GUEST,heric Date: 03 Oct 03 - 04:50 PM Great. I am particularly impressed by the Clockwork Orange influence. (That could perhaps be just the prescription for Arnold, to solve all the problems.) |

Subject: RE: BS: Arnold stays focused From: McGrath of Harlow Date: 04 Oct 03 - 11:53 AM He'd qualify that way, but his birthplace is a problem. Maybe he could arrange for Austria to join the Union...Or just the bit of Austria where he was born - buy it, dig it up and bring it over and dump it somewhere in California. |

Subject: RE: BS: Arnold stays focused From: Alice Date: 04 Oct 03 - 01:30 PM For the inside scoop on Arnold's connection to Enron and their plan to stop California's law suit to have Enron return the $9 Billion they bilked from California energy custiomers, go to Greg Palast's report: http://www.gregpalast.com/detail.cfm?artid=283&row=0 quote "...Here's the story Arnold doesn't want you to hear. The biggest single threat to Ken Lay and the electricity lords is a private lawsuit filed last year under California's unique Civil Code provision 17200, the "Unfair Business Practices Act." This litigation, heading to trial now in Los Angeles, would make the power companies return the $9 billion they filched from California electricity and gas customers." Ken Lay of Enron met in L.A. a month after the suit was brought to get his supporters, including Arnold, to help him keep the $9 billion of illegal profits. By the way, it is Bustamante who brought the suit against Enron. Alice |

Subject: RE: BS: Arnold stays focused From: GUEST,heric Date: 04 Oct 03 - 01:57 PM Alice thank you so much for that. I've stated here before that my biggest problem with Arnold was that weird Beverly Hills meeting with Kenneth Lay. I couldn't understand why I seemd to be the only person on the planet who thought that was very, very weird and worthy of much more discussion than it received. (Well, maybe Arianna but she's from a different planet, right?) |

Subject: RE: BS: Arnold stays focused From: McGrath of Harlow Date: 04 Oct 03 - 02:34 PM Of course the other way would be for Arnie suddenly to discover that his father wasn't actually an Austrian Nazi after all, but some American GI. A child born of a US citizen is apparently "a natural-born citizen of the United States" wherever they are actually born. |
