Great. I am particularly impressed by the Clockwork Orange influence. (That could perhaps be just the prescription for Arnold, to solve all the problems.)

He'd qualify that way, but his birthplace is a problem. Maybe he could arrange for Austria to join the Union...Or just the bit of Austria where he was born - buy it, dig it up and bring it over and dump it somewhere in California.

Alice thank you so much for that. I've stated here before that my biggest problem with Arnold was that weird Beverly Hills meeting with Kenneth Lay. I couldn't understand why I seemd to be the only person on the planet who thought that was very, very weird and worthy of much more discussion than it received. (Well, maybe Arianna but she's from a different planet, right?)

Of course the other way would be for Arnie suddenly to discover that his father wasn't actually an Austrian Nazi after all, but some American GI.

A child born of a US citizen is apparently "a natural-born citizen of the United States" wherever they are actually born.
