Subject: RE: BS: Old Grey Squirrel Test From: GUEST,harvey andrews Date: 03 May 04 - 07:15 PM Ah memories! I once appeared on the Old Grey..it was very bizarre. There was a band called Nazareth who did a rock version of a Woody song, Del Shannon did an interview whilst nicely stoned and I sang two songs covered in a lengthy mass of hair which has long since left the top of my head. Everyone on the prog had a beard and Whispering Bob asked me a question to which my reply was; "Pardon?" I have the tape to prove it. |
Subject: RE: BS: Old Grey Squirrel Test From: akenaton Date: 03 May 04 - 07:30 PM Harvey ...Ronnie Leahy, keyboard player of Nazareth, lives just down the road.Hes just given up touring and now runs the local post office. Had a good yarn with him yesterday about John Mayall and his lifestyle in America.... |
