The greatest fun I had at the gym happened when the tracksuit bottoms of the attractive young lady on the treadmill in front of me slipped down to her knees revealing red/blue knickers that, naturally, I didn't notice. She coolly pulled them up and didn't miss a beat.
I'll get me mac.......
