Alastair Campbell turns on the waterworks. He cares. He really does. Why can't we understand and respect his feelings, and all the poor dears who had to take such a dreadful decision?

I propose to show our support for their tender consciences, by a mass singing of "Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay" in Trafalgar Square as soon as I can put the box of tissues down.

oops, sorry.

Here I go again ..

I've just been to see In the Loop and I think that may have something to do with why Alistair Campbell is feeling teary :-)

a searing indictment, or maybe a teary indictment, and a very funny film.

I found myself laughing out loud when he said Blair was a man of such honesty and integrity..

Teebloodyhee.....

Blair and Bush, men to whom your children should look up?

Er...I don't think so...

I always thought that Alistair was Evil Personified, actually.

He pulled the strings, Blair danced...He controlled Blair and ran the country in his own way. The man has always freaked me out, more than a little...

Of course your chidren, and everybody else's should look up to them Lizzie.

Just as soon as we can get them (and a few of their mates) strung up on a good strong gallows.

It could be a lesson worth learning, that actions have consequences.

Unfortunately, the actual lesson learned will be "Politicians always get away with it.

Don T.

When a scoundrel cries I do not empathize with him, I am disgusted by him.
